Case Study

A successful nationwide retailer required a £250,000 facility to finance a refurbishment for several of their stores.

The Directors of the company were concerned how they would fund the expenditure as there weren’t any tangible assets and they did not want to use their existing cash resource. ECF were introduced to the company by a specialist asset finance broker and came up with the perfect solution - a commercial loan for the full amount of the re-fit.. ECF secured its funding by taking of a formal charge over the commercial property. The charge was released at the end of the repayment period.
